Cyprus will see mostly clear weather today, with light dust expected at times in the atmosphere as weak high pressure affects the area.
High clouds will increase temporarily in the afternoon, while winds will initially be light and variable at 3 Beaufort before gradually becoming mainly south-westerly to north-westerly, light to moderate, at 3 to 4 Beaufort.
The sea will be calm to slightly rough.
Temperatures will rise to around 32 °C inland, around 28 °C on the southeastern, northern and eastern coasts, around 25 °C on the remaining coasts and around 21 °C in the higher mountains.
Tonight will be mostly clear. Winds will blow mainly north-westerly to north-easterly, light, at 3 Beaufort, and the sea will remain calm to slightly rough.
Temperatures will fall to around 15 °C inland and on the northern coast, around 17 °C on the remaining coasts and around 12 °C in the higher mountains.
Monday and Tuesday will be mostly clear, although increased high cloud will be seen at times. Wednesday will also be mostly clear.
Temperatures are not expected to change significantly by Wednesday and will remain above average for the time of year.
