Cyprus can expect mostly clear skies today, with temperatures reaching 37 degrees inland, 32 on the west coast, around 35 on the remaining coasts and 28 in the higher mountains.
Winds will blow initially north-west to north-east at light to moderate 3 to 4 on the Beaufort scale, gradually turning south-west to north-west, again light to moderate 3 to 4, and temporarily reaching strong 5 on the south coast. The sea will be slight.
Clear skies will continue on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Temperatures will rise further on Tuesday before levelling off on Wednesday and Thursday, remaining above seasonal averages throughout.
