President Nikos Christodoulides will meet with Turkish Cypriot leader Ersin Tatar in Nicosia on January 20, according to government spokesman Konstantinos Letymbiotis.
The meeting will focus exclusively on discussing the opening of new checkpoints, Letymbiotis told the Cyprus News Agency.
The spokesman added that January 20 was among the dates initially proposed by the Greek Cypriot side for the meeting with the Turkish Cypriot leader.
