A fire broke out in a car belonging to a 72-year-old woman in Larnaca at around 3.30am on Sunday.
Police and firefighters responded to the scene and extinguished the blaze.
Preliminary investigations found that the car was parked in the driveway of the woman’s home when the fire started.
Police cordoned off the area and are expected to carry out further examinations in daylight.
