A multi-vehicle collision on the Nicosia-Limassol motorway near Moni caused major traffic disruption early on Sunday afternoon (25 October), with queues stretching back to Choirokoitia.
According to initial reports, several vehicles collided under circumstances that police are investigating.
Police officers were dispatched to the scene as the crash caused severe traffic congestion.
Traffic queues extended as far back as Choirokoitia, affecting a long stretch of the motorway.
