The “charges” concerning “illegal entry into foreign property” and “causing a disturbance” against the five Greek Cypriots illegally detained in the occupied territories were withdrawn on Wednesday during proceedings at the “district court” in Trikomo.
The “prosecution” stated that they had decided not to proceed with a “prosecution” for these “charges,” and the “court” ruled that the five Greek Cypriots were acquitted of them.
The proceedings then continued for the “charge” of “breach of personal data” against two of the Greek Cypriots.
The “prosecution” said they intended to make an addition regarding this matter and requested a postponement. The “court” has rescheduled the proceedings for 21 October.
