An unstable air mass is affecting the region, bringing unsettled weather conditions that are expected to persist until Tuesday.
Skies will initially be partly cloudy with isolated showers and a low risk of a stray thunderstorm, primarily across western and northern coastal districts. Conditions will turn increasingly cloudy by the afternoon, triggering local rain and isolated thunderstorms over the mountains, interior regions, and northern areas. Hail may accompany heavier storm cells.
Winds will blow from the southwest to the northwest at light to moderate strengths of 3 to 4 Beaufort, and the sea will remain slight. Daytime temperatures will peak at around 27 degrees Celsius inland and along the coast, dropping to 15 degrees Celsius in the higher mountains.
Cloud cover will persist into the evening, bringing isolated showers or localized thunderstorms mainly to western and southern coastal parts. Winds will shift to northwest-to-northeastly, turning southeast along the northern coast at a gentle 3 Beaufort, while the sea remains calm to slight. Overnight lows will drop to 15 degrees Celsius inland, around 18 degrees Celsius along the coast, and 8 degrees Celsius in higher mountainous areas.
