Revolut users reported difficulties accessing and using the digital bank’s services on Tuesday after a technical fault affected several functions of its platform.
The company said the fault had left some services temporarily unavailable and that its engineers were working to restore them fully as soon as possible. Revolut apologised to users for the inconvenience.
The cause of the problem has not yet been identified, and no timeline for full restoration has been announced.
The problem was highlighted on social media by cybersecurity expert Dinos Pastos, who posted an update from Revolut’s support team.
