The US naval supply ship USNS Laramie has docked at Limassol port, with US Ambassador Julie Fisher welcoming its arrival in a post on X.
“We welcome USNS LARAMIE to Limassol for scheduled maintenance & well-earned rest for the crew”, Fisher said.
The ambassador noted that the vessel, named after the American river Laramie, plays a vital role in maintaining the readiness of the US European fleet by providing fuel to ships and aircraft at sea.
