Nicosia, Archontiko Axiotheas, 8.30pm. Vibraphonist and composer Dimitris Angelakis presents his personal album “Long Way Home,” a musical journey balancing lyricism, improvisation and contemporary jazz, as part of the 29th Cultural Festival of the University of Cyprus. Nicosia, Acropolis Park, 8pm. The Strovolos Municipality presents the concert “Tragoudia Diamantia” (Diamond Songs) with Giorgos Stamataris and Stavriana Koutra, as part of the “Culture in Every Neighbourhood” initiative. Free entry.

Nicosia, Goethe-Institut Cyprus, July 6–10, 8pm. The Sommerkino summer cinema continues with Skin Deep (Aus meiner Haut, 2022), directed by Alex Schaad, starring award-winning actors Mala Emde (who also stars in Köln 75) and Jonas Dassler as a young couple who travel to a remote island to work through their problems, in a space where they can almost literally transform into someone else, a striking thought experiment on the connection between body and soul. Theatre
Nicosia, Satirical Theatre, Lower Stage, 8.30pm. The 2026 Satirical Theatre Festival opens with “Hear Me Raw,” a satirical comedy by Daniela Isaacs about the wellness industry. Translated and directed by Fotis Fotiou, performed by Teresa Evripidou. A lively, popular blogger, Instagrammer and aspiring influencer develops an unhealthy obsession with healthy eating, until the filters crack and she must face the raw truth.
