Green Shield, through its You Reforest Cyprus programme, is partnering with Malounta Community and RH Riders Holdings Ltd horse farm to host a novel tree-planting event that combines environmental action with family entertainment.
The initiative, scheduled for Sunday, November 24, aims to plant 3,000 saplings at the Malounta green point, with activities beginning at 11:00 am.
Organisers said volunteers will receive refreshments and certificates of appreciation, with children under 12 receiving medals for their participation.
The event will feature optional paid activities and food, with all net proceeds being donated to the Hope Foundation for children with cancer and leukemia.
