A third suspect, aged 34, has been arrested in connection with a robbery and assault case involving actual bodily harm committed in Paphos on August 18, after police obtained testimony leading to an arrest warrant against him.
The 34-year-old was arrested yesterday and appeared today before the Paphos District Court, which issued a four-day detention order.
The other two people arrested in connection with the same case remain in custody to facilitate the investigation.
The case stems from an incident on August 18, when a dispute over payment for a food order in Paphos’s Mouttalos area escalated into a brawl involving around ten men, leaving five delivery riders injured. One rider was also robbed of cash and his mobile phone.
Paphos CID is continuing its inquiries.
