Police advised the public on Wednesday to direct all queries regarding unserved traffic camera violations and their settlement to the contracted company’s helpline at 80008009.
The contractor is taking steps to reduce waiting times and improve customer service, police said in a statement.
The statement clarified that all procedural matters related to traffic camera fines fall under the contractor’s responsibility.
