Israeli President Isaac Herzog will make an unscheduled visit to Cyprus on Thursday, according to sources.
The visit comes in connection with today’s Cyprus-Egypt intergovernmental meeting and the Cyprus-Greece-Egypt trilateral summit in Cairo, as well as regional developments, particularly concerning Syria.
Sources indicate that these developments, along with the change in US leadership, are bringing regional countries closer together.
