Police arrested 12 people and recorded 319 traffic offences during overnight operations across Cyprus, according to figures released by the force.
The arrests related to alleged offences including illegal stay in the Republic, unlawful possession of drugs, drink-driving, drunkenness and disorderly conduct.
Police stopped 724 vehicles and checked 924 occupants during the operation.
They also carried out 76 checks at premises, which resulted in 13 reports.
Of the 319 traffic reports, 113 were for speeding. Police also said 15 additional suspected traffic offences are under investigation.
A total of 26 vehicles were impounded.
Officers carried out 385 alcohol tests, resulting in 34 reports. Three preliminary drug tests were also carried out, all with negative results.
Police said the operations formed part of preventive patrols in urban areas aimed at tackling serious crime and maintaining public order.
