A 37-year-old Greek Cypriot man died yesterday afternoon at Famagusta General Hospital, days after being found trapped in rocks at Konnos, in the Cape Greco area of government-controlled Famagusta.
According to police, the man was located on Sunday at midday, stuck among the rocks.
The Fire Service freed him, and he was taken to hospital by ambulance.
He was treated in the Intensive Care Unit, where he died yesterday at around 5pm.
