Cyprus’s first DOG FEST will take place in Nicosia on September 19 and 20, bringing pet brands, industry professionals and dog owners together for a two-day festival at the State Fairground’s Pavilion 6.
More than 55 exhibitors will take part, including pet brands, pet shops, food and accessory companies, groomers, trainers and vets, organisers said. Visitors will be able to explore new products and services, buy pet supplies, and take part in free samples, competitions and giveaways.
The event will be divided into several themed zones. The Action Arena will host agility and obedience demonstrations along with games and interactive activities for dogs. On the Main Stage, supported by Purina Pro Plan, experts will share advice on dog health, care, nutrition and training. The Paws & Play Zone will offer children face painting, games, a photobooth and other activities, while the Adopt & Love corner, supported by Hill’s, will focus on raising awareness about adoption and responsible pet ownership. Outside, the Food & Drinks Village will offer food, drinks and music for the whole family.

The festival’s sponsors are Petfood Cyprus (platinum), Royal Canin (gold) and Alphamega Hypermarkets (silver).
DOG FEST Cyprus runs from 10:00 to 20:00 on both days. Tickets cost €5 per person and are available through more.com, with children up to 12 admitted free. Dogs enter free of charge when accompanied by their guardians. Every ticket includes a €5 online voucher for Pet Food Cyprus, redeemable on purchases of €25 or more, subject to the sponsor’s terms and conditions.
Dogs attending the festival must be kept on a fixed leash and supervised at all times, with leashes removed only during specific activities. Organisers recommend that dogs who are unwell, particularly fearful, or unfamiliar with crowds, children, noise or other dogs do not attend. Guardians are responsible for their dogs’ behaviour, safety and waste, and water points and bins will be available on site.
