He was being chased by the Police after a traffic collision and drove for two kilometres with a 65-year-old man gripped on his hood, until he fell and was injured. This driver was taken into custody and is being investigated, they say, for offenses involving negligent and reckless acts, causing actual bodily harm and leaving the scene of a traffic collision. Just that? But, we thought it was attempted murder. Just because he didn’t kill the 65-year-old it’s just a reckless act?
