A 36-year-old employee of a traffic camera company reported to the police that around 2:40 this morning, while conducting a traffic camera check on the Paphos-Limassol highway near the Kouklia exit, he was approached by a vehicle with three people inside.
One of the individuals asked to speak with the driver, and when the victim slightly opened his driver’s window, the unknown man allegedly sprayed him in the face. At the same time, the other two individuals are reported to have struck the company’s car, causing damage to it.
The driver quickly started the vehicle and drove to the police station, where he made the complaint.
The case is currently being investigated by the Paphos CID.
