The Technical Services of the Ministry of Education, Sports, and Youth have already crafted preliminary plans for the educational redesign of spaces at Pareklisias Primary School.
These plans, based on the existing standards of the architectural program, encompass demolitions and new extensions.
This was announced by the ministry in response to today’s protest by the Parents’ Association of Paraklisia Primary School regarding the school’s infrastructural facilities.
It is noted that upon the completion of the planning process, the project will be included in the budget with the aim of its implementation.
As clarified by the Ministry, the procedural wheels are already in motion, and the Parents’ Association has been informed in writing about the aforementioned developments.
Consequently, the ministry deems today’s protest unnecessary, excessive, and misguided.
The Ministry urges various stakeholders to address their concerns to the relevant authorities for information, in order to avoid unnecessary disruption for the children, concludes the announcement.
