Indonesia’s Coordinating Ministry for Economic Affairs stated that the country will launch a stimulus package worth 26.34 trillion rupiah (US 1.48 billion) for the second half of 2026 to boost economic growth. As part of the package, Indonesia will also distribute 10 kg rice packages to 33 million recipients starting next month, with a budget allocation of 17.54 trillion rupiah.
