All the Greek media have been celebrating since yesterday: one of Athens’s most historic and significant thoroughfares has finally been returned to the public following its redevelopment works.
Queen Olga Avenue had been under redevelopment for six whole years. And here we were, thinking we had it bad in Paphos with the endless roadworks and their delays. Perhaps we should count our blessings…
