Police arrested a 33-year-old man in Paphos to assist with the investigation into a truck arson case that took place on July 19, 2026.
Testimony gathered during the investigation implicated the 33-year-old, who was arrested yesterday afternoon under a warrant issued against him.
The fire broke out at around 4:20am that day, in a truck parked in an open area in Paphos.
The 33-year-old is expected to appear before Paphos District Court today for a remand order to be issued against him.
The Paphos CID (TAE) continues its investigation.
