The leader of Lebanon’s Hezbollah, Hassan Nasrallah, issued a threat to Cyprus on Wednesday, warning that Hezbollah could consider it “a part of the war” if it continues to allow Israel to use its airports and bases for military purposes.
In a televised address, Nasrallah stated that Hezbollah would engage in conflict with “no rules” and “no ceilings” if a broader war with Israel were to break out.
The threat extended to other areas in the Mediterranean, including Cyprus.

“The enemy wants to intimidate us, but they are the ones who should be afraid,” he added.
Last month, Nasrallah urged Lebanon to “open the sea” so that Syrian migrants could go to Cyprus.
