Cyprus is in for another warm and largely sunny Tuesday, with clear skies dominating despite some high cloud at times.
Temperatures will reach around 33°C inland, around 28°C along the southern and eastern coasts, and around 25°C on the western and northern coasts as well as in the higher mountain regions.
Winds will blow mainly from the south-east to south-west, and from the north to north-east in northern areas, light to moderate at force 3 to 4.
Later in the day, winds in the east will turn temporarily strong at force 4 to 5, before gradually shifting to mainly south-westerly to north-westerly across the island by late afternoon, at the same intensity.
The settled spell is set to continue through Wednesday and Thursday, with mainly clear skies and occasional high cloud. On Friday, cloud will increase at intervals and isolated rainfall is possible, mainly along coastal areas, with winds strengthening particularly on the coast.
