Part of the Athienou municipal district, in the centre of the community, will be without water on Friday. The Larnaca District Local Government Organisation (DLGO) said the cut is expected to last from 7am to 2:30pm.
The DLGO is carrying out scheduled work to upgrade the water supply network as part of the Churches Square regeneration project. Consumers in the industrial area will not be affected.
The DLGO urged consumers to be particularly careful with water, so they can meet their needs from the supply stored in their private tanks.
