So who’s this parliament member racking up thousands in on-the-spot fines? One of our self-styled revolutionaries, is it? Perhaps one of the very same characters who love lecturing us on “conflicts of interest,” wagging a finger at every institution in sight? Could it be?
Funny, too, how quiet the “activists” have gone, the various groups and various well-fed public-sector types who fancy themselves public prosecutors, and go around targeting everyone and everything.
No inspiration this time for talk of “laundering fronts” and hand-wringing over the state of public discourse? No? Thousands of fines, apparently.
