Weather across Cyprus will be mostly fine on Monday, with some local cloud at times and temperatures reaching around 25 degrees Celsius inland and on the coast.
In the higher mountains, temperatures will rise to around 16 degrees. Winds will be up to moderate, force four on the Beaufort scale.
A weak area of high pressure is affecting the region, the Department of Meteorology said.
Mostly fine weather is expected to continue on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, again with periods of local cloud. Temperatures are expected to rise gradually until Thursday, to around the seasonal average.
According to the forecast, temperatures will also fall gradually during the day, dropping as low as six degrees in the mountains.
