Authorities have issued an advisory to people driving near hunting areas following several incidents of vehicles hitting hunting dogs outside Kornos, Kofinou and Anglisides.
Police are calling on drivers to be aware that hunters and their dogs are moving in and around public provincial roads in hunting designated regions.
They are advised to reduce speed when going through these areas and be vigilant so they can react quickly, should dogs suddenly run onto the road.
