A 49-year-old food delivery rider fled on foot, leaving his motorcycle behind, after ten masked people stopped him in the Larnaca district on Tuesday night and allegedly pulled a knife on him.
He later found the motorcycle elsewhere in Larnaca, with his delivery bag, which he said held cash and personal documents, burning nearby.
The group cut him off at around 11:20pm as he was riding through an area of Larnaca.
The Larnaca Criminal Investigation Department (CID) is investigating the robbery.
