Fire broke out in an abandoned prefabricated storage unit, described as a container, in Ayios Athanasios, Limassol, with authorities investigating possible arson, the fire service said.
The fire service said it responded to the incident at 18:14.
The storage unit and its contents suffered extensive damage from the fire and heat, according to the announcement.
Two staffed fire engines responded to extinguish the blaze.
The causes are under investigation, though authorities said there is a possibility the fire was the result of a malicious act by young people.
