Nearly 400 people have been killed in Lebanon since Israel launched its campaign against Hezbollah earlier this week, the country’s health minister said.
Lebanon’s Health Minister Rakan Nasser said 394 people had been killed and 1,130 injured since Monday.
Among the dead were 83 children and 42 women, while the injured included 254 children and 274 women, according to Nasser.
“The attacks do not target soldiers and military facilities as they claim, but civilians,” Nasser said during a briefing on Friday.
