Paphos International Airport was ordered into an immediate and total evacuation on Monday afternoon after an unidentified drone was detected within the facility’s restricted airspace.
According to preliminary reports, security services issued the instruction for all passengers and staff to vacate the terminal building shortly after 12.45 pm, as the Republic remains on high alert following the drone strikes at RAF Akrotiri earlier today.
