KEAN Soft Drinks Ltd has submitted plans for a €189 million redevelopment of its former factory in Amathus municipality, Limassol.
The proposal, currently under public consultation until May 11, 2025, includes four residential towers and an office building on land adjacent to Promachon Eleftherias Avenue.
The main features of the development will be two 19-storey residential towers reaching 85 metres in height, featuring ground-floor retail and leisure spaces supported by underground parking facilities.

A 17-storey office building, standing 71 metres tall, will serve as a business centre, while two additional residential buildings of 13 and 9 storeys will complete the mixed-use development.
Construction will be implemented in three phases over six years, beginning in January 2026 with the smaller residential buildings, followed by the office tower, and concluding with the two tallest towers by December 2031.
The demolition of the old KEAN factory, requiring separate authorisation, will precede development work.
