The President of the Republic of Cyprus, Nikos Christodoulides, expressed his full support for the joint statement issued by USA, Egypt, and Qatar, calling for a ceasefire in Gaza.
In a post on the platform ‘X’, President Christodoulides stated that “An agreement for ceasefire and release of hostages is now more critical than ever.” He added “As an integral partner of the region, Cyprus will continue to exert every effort and assist towards this end”
