The Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) expects student numbers at its Paphos campus to surpass 600 in the upcoming academic year, marking a significant increase in the second year of operation.
CUT authorities expressed satisfaction with the growth, noting it validates the decision to establish the campus outside of Limassol.
Paphos Mayor Fedonas Fedonos echoed this sentiment, highlighting the positive impact of the increased student population on the city.
He confirmed discussions with CUT are underway to further expand collaboration between the university and the municipality.
