The Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works announced that passenger traffic at Larnaca and Paphos airports for June reached 1,300,041 passengers, marking a 5.04% increase compared to June 2023.
The announcement also highlighted that “passenger traffic for the first half of the year demonstrates the best performance on record, approaching 3.5 million passengers.”
Larnaca Airport recorded a 6.00% increase in total passenger traffic, while Paphos Airport experienced a 2.99% increase.
Aircraft movements also increased, rising by 4.2% compared to 2023, with a total of 9,347 flights recorded.
