With charity activities and Christmas events all over Cyprus, municipalities, companies, and organized groups continued their action in the spirit of giving during the holidays.
As part of the Christmas activities of the Larnaca Municipality’s Social Welfare, Volunteerism, and Refugee Committee, on the three days of December 20, 21, and 22, toys were delivered to all the city’s Primary Schools (17) and the Pediatric Department of Larnaca Hospital.
The Municipality of Larnaca “publicly expresses its thanks to all the individuals who contributed to making this action possible.”
The annual Artistic Christmas Event at the Markidion Municipal Theatre continued on Friday 22nd December with the program of festive events of the Municipality of Pafos.
The Christmas charity event of the Folk Art Museum of the Society of Cypriot Studies, entitled: “Come and give a… smile” took place on Sunday, 17 December 2023.
A variety of craft activities took place at the museum, followed by educational activities (making Christmas decorations and Christmas cards) and guided tours of the Museum and the Old Archdiocese.
At the same time, several new volunteer bone marrow donors were registered and sampled for the Karaiskakio Foundation.
